Hi, I’m Krista — your guide to global real estate investing.
I’m a Canadian lawyer turned global real estate investor who built my portfolio one strategic step at a time, starting in my home market of Calgary.
I didn’t grow up wealthy or connected. Everything I have today came from strategy, resourcefulness and a willingness to take action long before I had “all the answers.”
I started with a single property.
Then I reinvested.
Renovated.
Built capital.
And used what I created locally to unlock opportunities in global markets.
That’s when everything changed.
I learned that you don’t have to be limited by your home market.
Some people feel priced out.
Others can afford to buy but live in slow or stagnant markets that simply don’t deliver returns.
